The 3.5 mm LCP Clavicle Hook Plate is a specialized orthopedic implant engineered for the treatment of distal clavicle fractures and acromioclavicular (AC) joint dislocations. Its unique hook design allows placement under the acromion, providing stable support and maintaining proper alignment of the clavicle during healing.

Incorporating advanced Locking Compression Plate (LCP) technology, the plate offers superior angular stability and secure fixation, even in osteoporotic or compromised bone conditions. The hook depth options (12 mm, 15 mm, and 18 mm) allow surgeons to select the appropriate size based on patient anatomy, ensuring optimal fit and reduced subacromial irritation.

The plate is available with hole configurations (4, 5, 6, 7 holes) to accommodate different fracture patterns and surgical requirements. Its anatomically contoured design ensures better adaptation to the clavicle, while left and right variants provide precise anatomical alignment.
